REGIONALIZACIÓN DE LOS ALTOS DE JALISCO DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE SUS CORREDORES Y CIRCUITOS
Abstract
La identidad cultural y geográfica en Los Altos de Jalisco hacambiado, resignificando sus regiones. En este proceso han influidomuchos factores, entre los cuales nos interesan especialmentelos que participan de la construcción del orden espacial actual;particularmente los que definen la cohesión de las rutas y ciudadesque aquí apreciamos por: a) las relaciones establecidas entre suscorredores y circuitos de tránsito, y b) los cambios en la importanciade las localidades alteñas. Para ello se identifican los corredores ycircuitos de Los Altos de Jalisco y se describe la regionalización queforman junto con la totalidad de sus localidades. También ponemosénfasis en la manera en que esta regionalización demuestra otrasignificación de las regiones tradicionales de Los Altos, debidoa cambios radicales en el acceso a sus sitios del interior y de loslímites que itinerarios cerrados han dado a sus contornos; causadospor la emergencia de otros límites, tanto rígidos como flexibles,que han cambiado o reemplazado los lindes emblemáticos de lastierras alteñas: y por los cambios en identidad cultural ocurridoscomo consecuencia de la pérdida de los órdenes espaciales debidosa la expansión capitalista.Those authors who have publications with this magazine accept the following terms:
