La respuesta del consumidor ante la calidad del servicio como estrategia de marketing en comercios detallistas de gran superficie en la ZMG
Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo central determinar el nivel de calidad del servicio percibido por los consumidores en establecimientos comerciales de gran superficie (hiper-mercados, supermercados) en la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara (ZMG) y su relación con los niveles de satisfacción y repetición de compra que experimenta el mercado. Se obtienen cinco factores o dimensiones claves a través de los cuales se valora la calidad del servicio: surtido, política de merchandising del establecimiento, precios, comunicación y promociones, y diferenciación. De igual forma, se encuentra que estas dimensiones se relacionan más intensamente con la satisfacción basada en la calidad-precio, que con la satisfacción global hacia el establecimiento, evidenciándose un comportamiento del mercado donde prima el aspecto económico, fundamentalmente.Those authors who have publications with this magazine accept the following terms:
