OBJETIVOS DEL RESTABLECIMIENTO DE LA BANCA MIXTA
Abstract
En los últimos meses de la gestión de Miguel de la Madrid, en 1988, comenzaron a impulsarse acciones en el sentido de una profunda reforma financiera que resolviera el bloqueo de ese sistema; esta reforma se continuo y desarrolla plenamente por la administración de Salinas de Gortari. La renovación financiera dentro de la cual se inscribirá el restablecimiento del carácter mixto a la banca, constituye una respuesta al mencionado problema del bloqueo en el sistema financiero, que refleja la conjunción entre el poder del grupo social que hegemoniza el control del excedente dentro del nuevo modelo y los requerimientos de apertura financiera con que se continuará la reforma estructural.References
