LA VIVIENDA SOCIAL EN MANZANILLO: EL PROYECTO FIMAGA
Abstract
El Fideicomiso Manzanillo-Valle de las Garzas (FIM AGA) es un proyecto de desarrollo urbano-social creado al término del sexenio anterior. Dado que la actual administración ha decidido considerar a Manzanillo como puerta hacia la cuenca del Pacífico. FIMAGA está sujeto a la nueva política de desarrollo económico, es decir, dentro del manco de la política nacional de privatización, de tal manera que sus objetivos sociales iniciales pueden ser modificados substancialmente.References
