EL DILEMA DEL EMPRESARIO MEXICANO: INNOVAR O IMITAR
Abstract
Mucho se habla de que las empresas mexicanas deben incrementar su nivel de productividad y diversificar sus productos con el fin de insertarse en nuevos mercados o aprovechar nichos de mercado. Sin embargo, atrás de estos buenos propósitos se encuentra el hecho concreto de que la empresa debe enfrascarse en un proceso de innovación, paragenerar nuevos productos o realizar cambios que le permitan la diferenciación de sus productos, innovar implica adentrarse en la investigación tecnológica, en la preparación de recursos humanos y en la construcción de infraestructura adecuada y, concretamente, en gastar para realizar tales acciones.References
