Abstract

Desde el Inicio de la década de los años ochenta, se ha observado a nivel mundial el surgimiento de nuevos blo­ques comerciales y la conso­lidación de los ya existentes. Con ello se ha buscado, por una parte, crear condiciones para la expansión comercial dé las empresas lideres en el mundo y, por otra, contrarres­tar las prácticas neoproteccionistas que han caracteri­zado en los últimos años al actual sistema mundial de co­mercio.
