Abstract
El reordenamiento económico mundial que se está dando actualmente, después de haberse declarado el fin de la guerra fría, ha dejado a los países en una posición incierta respecto a qué política económica deben seguir. En este sentido, los países más poderosos hablan de libre comercio; sin embargo, reaccionan con proteccionismo.Por el momento, Estados Unidos es un país que le interesa mucho a México, puesto que ha firmado un Tratado de Libre Comercio. Pero la Unión Americana tiene una política económica ambigua; por un lado intenta desarrollar su industria a través de la conquista de nuevos mercados vía el fomento del libre comercio, y al mismo tiempo tiende a protegerla del comercio de los demás países.Those authors who have publications with this magazine accept the following terms:
