LA POLÍTICA REGIONAL DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA. UN PROYECTO EN TRANSFORMACIÓN
Abstract
El objetivo de este ensayo es ilustrar cómo los aspectos estratégicos de la integración europea afectan la definición y aplicación de políticas regionales en la Unión Europea. Para este caso concreto se define la política regional como el régimen de apoyos y subsidios que tiene como fin la disminución de disparidades socioeconómicas y estructurales entre regiones. A partir de una caracterización muy general de premisas básicas de política regional europea, o sea comunitaria, se intentará, además, explicar por qué estas políticas se encuentran actualmente en un proceso de revaluación y cambio.References
