EL ACUERDO COMERCIAL MEXICO-ESTADOS UNIDOS
Abstract
A partir de 1987 se puede apreciar que el sector externo de México está sufriendo un importante cambio, el cual se origina en la promoción de una estrategia de desarrollo orientado hacia el exterior. Para impulsar ese cambio se ha avanzado en la reestructuración del aparato administrativo del sector externo: el ingreso al Acuerdo General sobre Aranceles Aduaneros y Comercio (GATT), que representa una negociación multilateral donde México se compromete a transitar a formar más abiertas de comercio exterior; el cambio estructural de la economía mexicana y el acuerdo comercial entre Estados Unidos y México.
