LA RECONVERSIÓN DE LAS UNIDADES DE RIEGO. UNA ESTRATEGIA DE DESARROLLO PARA LA AGRICULTURA EN JALISCO
Abstract
Con el objeto de resolver la carencia de obras ele infraestructura productiva en el medio rural, en 1937 se inició en México la construcción de obras de pequeña irrigación. A finales de la década de los años sesenta las actividades del sector primario ya mostraban un fuerte rezago en su crecimiento y participación con respecto al resto de los sectores de la economía; a partir de 1967 y hasta 1982, el gobierno federal imprimió mayor impulso a la construcción de este tipo de obras que, por sus características, contribuyeron a dinamizar y equilibrar el desarrollo agrícola regional.References
