Abstract

Este documento presenta al­gunas reflexiones relaciona­das con la supremacía del Es­tado en la instrumentación de las actuales políticas agríco­las y agrarias y su injerencia en la administración del desa­rrollo. Las observaciones se centran en los impactos de estas políticas en los esque­mas de producción, así como en algunas consideraciones relativas a la identificación de externalidades que podrían influir en la puesta en vigor de estrategias para lograr un de­sarrollo agrícola sostenible; lo anterior desde la perspectiva de la incursión de México, y de su sector agrícola, en la globalización económica.
