EL EMPLEO Y LA DISTRIBUCIÓN DEL INGRESO BAJO EL MODELO NEOLIBERAL MEXICANO
Abstract
Las políticas neoliberales de estabilización y ajuste económico han tenido enormes costos sociales que conforman una deuda social muy superior a la deuda externa de México. La política de topes salariales por debajo del índice inflacionario y el abarrotamiento de los mercados de trabajo por la casi nula generación de empleos, provocaron la severa degradación de la participación de los salarios en el producto nacional, del 37.1 por ciento del PIB en el periodo 1970-1982 al 25.5 por ciento durante los últimos cinco años, lo cual significa que los asalariados tuvieron una pérdida acumulada de 252 mil 503.5 millones de dólares entre 1983 y 1993.Those authors who have publications with this magazine accept the following terms:
