ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES SOBRE LA CALIDAD Y SANEAMIENTO DEL AGUA EN JALISCO
Abstract
Avanzar hacia consideraciones de equilibrio dinámico significa dar el peso apropiado a las consecuencias del cambio ambiental. La sociedad, en tiempos recientes, se ha preocupado por la contaminación y el deterioro del medio ambiente. Tradicionalmente había considerado que tenía al medio ambiente y los recursos naturales a su disposición para utilizarlos en su provecho. Se tenía un punto de vista mecánico, fragmentado y por debajo de lo óptimo del ecosistema. Cada acto contra la naturaleza era considerado separadamente.References
