ALIANZAS ESTRATÉGICAS
Abstract
En el entorno económico internacional, muchos negocios exitosos han desarrollado esquemas novedosos de asociación con el fin de lograr una mayor presencia en los mercados tanto a nivel nacional como del exterior. Las alianzas estratégicas se constituyen, por lo general, cuando dos o más empresas intercambian acciones con el propósito de obtener beneficios mutuos de esta relación. Las ventajas pueden ser desde el intercambio de información, el acceso a mercados, el apoyo tecnológico y de sistemas, hasta la complementariedad de productos y servicios que considere el incremento en la fuerza de las compañías que participan bajo este esquema; con frecuencia cada una de las partes hacen diferentes aportaciones a la alianza, que en forma agregada fortalecen al conjunto.References
