LAS SOCIEDADES DE INVERSIÓN
Abstract
Las sociedades de inversión son organismos especializados en la administración de inversiones provenientes de la captación de aportaciones de personas interesadas en formar y acrecentar su capital, ya que los recursos se canalizan a la conformación de carteras o fondos de inversión con una red diversificada de valores. Se encuentran autorizadas para operar como tales por la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y son reguladas por la Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, que es una entidad gubernamental de control y vigilancia.References
