ESTÍMULOS PARA PRODUCIR MAÍZ EN JALISCO, ¿SOLUCIÓN AL PROBLEMA DE AUTOSUFICIENCIA?
Abstract
La actividad agropecuaria es vital para la sociedad en su conjunto puesto que se encuentra vinculada al consumo interno y a las posibilidades de autosuficiencia alimentaria, misma que se ha convertido en un objetivo de alta prioridad nacional. Tradicionalmente se ha tratado de demostrar mediante publicidad que las políticas agrícolas implementadas han logrado mejorar los niveles de productividad y producción de maíz; sin embargo, en la mayoría de los casos tal publicidad ha coincidido con aquellos años en que las lluvias fueron benignas y favorecieron el cultivo de ese cereal; ello menosprecia el trabajo de los agricultores, quienes al final de cuentas son los que mal o bien realizan el trabajo.References
